INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders will need to be placed before 2pm Monday - Friday UK time to be shipped the same day.

All International Shipping options are with ROYAL MAIL 

When choosing Express Delivery, you will receive a notification from ROYAL MAIL and they will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date/time.

If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule, the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery, giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment. 

INTERNATIONAL MAIL TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. Within this email there will be a link to track your shipment.

Your final mile delivery will be completed by the local postal authority in the country, the above delivery windows are aims. Whilst best efforts are always made to reach these targets, occasionally delays can occur, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.

Tracking is available within the UK for the rest of the world, however once your parcel has left the UK , it may not be fully traceable within your country due to difference in local couriers. However , you may use your parcel number to locate the parcels last scanned location.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY AND VAT CHARGES?

EUROPE - For orders outside of the UK, any import taxes will be applicable at the checkout. 

AUSTRALIA - Australian orders under AUD $1,000 are shipped duty free- anything over this price will be calculated at the checkout.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR US ORDERS 

As of 29th August 2025, duties will be required on any orders placed to the US. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to pay these charges.

You will have shipping methods available at the checkout which excludes any duties/taxes (please note that once the parcel is in the US, you will still have to pay for the duty).

We ship from a UK warehouse. Please note that NOVA PRESSED are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. Nova Pressed have the right to change this policy at any given time.

If you do not pay this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost or the customs charge when we receive the parcel back at our HQ.
